About Home Inspections

What they do for you!

A home inspection is designed to reflect, as accurately as possible, the visible condition of the home at the time of the inspection. Conditions of a home for sale can change radically in only a day or two, so a home inspection is not meant to guarantee the condition of the home on the date of the sale, for example. It’s not uncommon for conditions to change between the time of the inspection and the closing date.

The home inspection is specifically designed to help you, our client, get an objective profile of a home so you can make informed decisions that are right for your situation as you are negotiating the final terms.

We don't tell you to whether or not to buy a home.  We don't pass or fail a house. We don't second guess your dreams.  We don't try to understand your finances.

What we do do is give you the straight facts about the condition at the time of the inspection, and consider the health and safety risks to your family. You take it from there and do what is right for you.

One of the biggest obstacles in property acquisition is your emotions; they get in the way.  Countless buyers are so enamored with their new home, and sellers are so proud of what they are selling, that no one can really see the details that will make or break the deal.

The home inspection is a comprehensive profile of the condition of a home from which you can make informed decisions, take action to stabilize asset value, and reduce risks to you and your family.
