Only at JM Rodkey, MA Home Inspections
We’re here to help you!
|Dan Huber and
|Paul oversees the office staff. He's one of those behind-the-scenes guys who keeps things running , but you never see.||When in the field, we are one of the only inspection companies in the area that keeps an open link to Casey-O'Malley Associates to consult over questionable conditions. This means we rarely leave an inspection without a good idea of everything we observe.||We ran into Dan and Chris while working on some property renovations in Las Vegas. Dan ran HomePride Inspections, but found a real need for a coordinated communications system that would keep agents, clients, staff and inspectors in the loop. Recently, Dan and Chris have been able to hook all our staff into the same communications loop, so no matter whom you call, they'll know what's happening with your inspection and can answer your questions.|
|Mary Frantz||Carmen Torez||Angie Palmer||Erin Donegan|
Mary, Carmen, Angie and Erin are in the office M-F 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sat. from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. If there's a question they can't answer, they have a direct line to us in the field for quick clarification. They'll explain the home inspection process, our policies, fees, radon, pest, well water and other inspection services, as well and set up your appointment.
|Joseph Ferry IS the home inspection lawyer. His practice oversees the contracts, insurance, and other legal concerns that are associated with the home inspection process. Many legal issues that leave you and your agent vulnerable (third-party claims, etc.) are addressed by the clauses and protections in the inspection agreement. We keep Mr. Ferry on retainer, so he's always ready to look into legal matter that might arise.|
